Wheres the beef???

This is what Woody the cow now looks like.  300 pounds of beef.
We got 113 Steaks!  Check out the marbling on these bad boys.  These costs $10 a pound right now at the store.  We also got 53 two pound packs of hamburger and 20 huge roasts/stew meat packs and other stuff.
Litterally not one inch of space in either freezer.  And somehow we have to find space for the lamb we are slaughtering on Saturday.  Luckly we are taking a bunch of this to Allysons next week.  Taylor - for thankgsiving we are going to have a massive BBQ!

Biked around the Lake

It didn't seem to work so I'm trying it again.  Let me know if you get this through your email.

Jaron drove all the way around Payette Lake with his Dad.

I'm testing out the new email notification I just set up with the blog.  If this works like it's suppose to, every time you post on the blog it will automatically send a email with the pictures already attached.  Maybe this will get us all posting again.  I've really missed seeing pictures of everyone's family and keeping in touch.  It almost feels like some of you live on  the other side of the world :)

My backpacking trip to Loon Lake

I went on a adventure last week.  My first of many backpacking trips our Relief Society organized.  It was 12 miles round trip.  So beautiful!! We went to Loon Lake where there is this awesome wreckage of a bomber that was crashed in 1940.  It was great, but I'm still soar and it's a week later!
